‘Tis the most wonderful time of the year. For this time of year brings about emotion playahs can’t made up. Awards Season is upon us, dear friends.

The 67th annual Golden Globe nominations were announced today by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association.

A bit of a scatter across many genres. The Hangover, Avatar, The Young Victoria. It was a given that Nine, Up In The Air, and Precious would get nods, but Sandra Bullock in The Blind Side? Don’t get me wrong. She was great. But not award-season great. Stanley Tucci‘s Best Supporting Actor nomination for The Lovely Bones must mean he was a reaaalll creep show in the film. I couldn’t get through the book because it made me so depressed.

Up! received a nomination for Best Animated Feature Film. Give me a minute *runs off to sob*
