OhIloveBravoyesIdo, EE II EE II OOOOOOOOH!
Let’s start with my favorite little nitpicker, Jeff Lewis. Today Bravo posted on their site that the gang from Flipping Out is back for season three.
“Flipping Out celebrates nitpicking and overreacting and tantrum throwing in all its cathartic glory, and it’s returning for the third season on August 10th at 1opm. So instead of losing your own s*it, you can watch Jeff Lewis have total mind blitz meltdowns without an repercussions whatsoever! Hooray!”-Bravo
This is just splendid news. Jeff Lewis had me at anxiety attack #1. Those pouty lips, that lack of emotion, the way he stares you down if he thinks you are a) stupid b) lazy c) A, B and more. You are the bee’s knees, Mr. Lewis. Even if you have no soul.
Next up, the ladies from Hotlanta make a fierce return for season two’s Real Housewives of Atlanta. From the looks of the commercial, Sheree loses her home and Kim’s hair still looks mighty fake. There’s a new housewife on the scene, Kandi Buress. Girlfriend’s got a killer resume. Shes’ a Grammy award-winning singer/songwriter who’s written music for Mariah Carey, Destiny’s Child and Alicia Keys. Buress replaced season one’s DeShawn Snow, because the show’s producers thought Snow was “too human for a circus show,” according to her interview with Essence.com. At least Nene’s back. What a hot mess!
Y las personas nuevas de Miami Social. I smell un fugeo! I tried to conduct an interview via blackberry with my own little cuban pepper Sofia Puente, (straight from Miami, gracias), but it failed. Don’t fret, though. Sofia’s not going anywhere and will be happy to tell tales of drogas, el sexo y musica de Miami. Es la verdad, si Sofia? Sofia esta en Mexico, but when she gets back she’ll tell you all about her wild 14-year-old nights in South Beach. The show is basically about rich, good-looking people living in Miami. Same s*it, different show. Totes watching.
